Ordered a #5 with a shake. Service was fast enough... went home, started my movie, bit into the burger.....PINK. Not done ! Lettuce was wilted and brownish , tomato was so thin you couldn't taste it. Next time I want Dairy Queen I'll get it in McPherson. Maybe the cooks should go to McPherson for training ?????
They're rude and impolite and don't know their own menu. Was just going to order the $5 box of chicken strips, the kid repeatedly asked "what one". The $5 one only has one size available. This is a constant battle with this location as we've received poor service every single time.
I routinely order the same thing and they have made it incorrectly 8 of 10 times. 20% rate success anything but impressive.
Small but good DQ. Service was really good and the food wasn't bad.
